Hi, I’m Kristin.
I’ve spent 20+ years building brands, leading creative work for both iconic brands and fast-moving tech companies. Through it all, my focus has stayed the same: create work that breaks through, connects with people, and drives change.
I believe in the power of storytelling and craft to inspire loyalty and spark emotion. As a Creative Director, I lead with curiosity, back ideas with strategy, and push for thoughtful, relevant, memorable creative, the kind that resonates for the right reasons.
My journey started in NYC as an Art Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, working on everything from beer to breakfast cereal. Along the way, I picked up a few shiny awards (Cannes, One Show, Clios, ADC, D&AD) and a ton of great experience. In 2010, I headed west to Goodby Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco. I started as an Art Director, ended as an ACD, and had a blast working on brands like Cheetos, Sonic, HP, Xfinity, and more. I was also honored to be named one of The Next Creative Leaders by the 3% Conference.
In 2018, I moved in-house as a Creative Director at Credit Karma, leading acquisition campaigns across digital and broadcast. Now, as the Executive Creative Director at Rakuten, I’ve helped grow an in-house studio into a full-funnel creative department. We defined our voice, developed a bold new brand identity, launched two Super Bowl campaigns, and expanded Internationally. And we’re just getting started.
